From the desk of a [South] Jersey Girl

Not born and raised. Born: Daytona Beach, FL. Raised: Pitman, NJ aka suburbs of Philadelphia. I'm not the typical "Jersey girl", but I curse like a sailor (which came in handy while circumnavigating the globe by sea), am quick to anger and generally appreciate over-enthusiastic sports fans.

For right now, I'm a student (gah, who isn't these days?) at the University of Colorado at Boulder, where I'm majoring in Geology and Film Studies. That's all well and good to get a BS in something, but my recurring dream is to become a music supervisor (the people who get copyrighted music for movies & TV). I pretty much like all music, but I tend to favor alternative/pop/rock. I also dig rocks (HA! Geology pun!), the nuclear age, the space race, H.H. Holmes, and traveling.

I never thought I would actually go through a Top 10 list about “me” and agree to all of the points.

Well, except for the fact that I was an *NSYNC fan and loved JC. [and probably still do to the core of my being.]

I especially like #10: “If someone messed up that little heart-shaped Ty tag, so help you God, that was the end of whatever contact you had with that monster of a human being. That tag-less Beanie Baby was now trash, and you had to deal with the consequence.” Seriously, what were we thinking? Oh wait, at least I’m not growing up now…
